We aim to photograph your baby between 5-21 days old. As we take a limited number of bookings each month it is important to make a booking as early as possible – so please contact us once you know your due date. Newborn sessions are typically done on a Tuesday or Thursday and start at 9am. Sometimes a 1pm session may be offered if I have had a cluster of babies born. A 1pm session can not be requested unfortunately.
Our studio is located in Cranbourne which is in South East Suburbs of Melbourne Victoria.
For maternity and or newborn we highly recommend booking in when you enter your second trimester of pregnancy to ensure a spot is reserved as we get booked out weeks or months in advance.
All other sessions depending on availability can be booked 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Feel free to contact us for availability.
Our studio has a wide range of outfits and props for maternity, newborn, tummy/ sitter and cake smash sessions.
You are welcome to bring in any special outfits that you would like incorporated in your shoot.
AKAT Alora provides images through a post in person meeting or a private online gallery within 2 weeks from session . KAT Alora will never give clients RAW unedited images.
KAT Alora will keep the online gallery for 3 months after session has taken place.
No chosen images will be high resolution and will not be watermarked
Yes of course! As a matter of fact we encourage parents and siblings to get in the photos! If you would like to do parent or sibling photos you will just need to select the Family/Sibling package. Remember though its for immediate family only, Mum/s, Dad/s and siblings of the baby.
